On April 15, 2024, Through the Melinda Frayall Memorial Scholarship I will be awarding 4 High School Students with a Scholarship, I aim to carry forward her legacy by providing financial assistance to deserving students who embody the same spirit of determination, generosity, and academic excellence that she exemplified throughout her life. This scholarship is more than just a monetary award; it is a symbol of hope, opportunity, and the belief that education can empower individuals to overcome obstacles and reach their full potential. It is my sincere hope that through this scholarship, we can honor my mother's memory and support the dreams of promising students who demonstrate exceptional promise and dedication to their studies.
